Biography
Rachel E. Crosswell is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group, where she focuses on various antitrust and commercial disputes in both state and federal courts.
Rachel maintains an active pro bono practice, including regularly working on intake matters with the Innocence Project.
Rachel received her B.A. from Columbia University and her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she worked on the Journal of Law and Gender. During law school she worked as a Legal Intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group, LGBTQ Law Project and served as a student attorney for the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project and the Legal Services Center, Family Law and Domestic Violence Clinic.
